  The packaging of a stretch film shall be stretched. The forms of stretch film packaging include direct stretch and prestretch. There are two kinds of prestretching, one is roller prestretching, the other is electric drawing.
  

  1. Prestretching is done by two rollers. The two rollers of roller prestretching are connected together by gear units. The stretching ratio can vary according to the gear ratio. The tension is generated by the rotary table. No stretching occurs during the actual winding, reducing the fracture caused by sharp edges or angles, and this prestretching can increase the elongation to 120%.
  

  2. Direct stretching is to complete the stretching between the pallet and the stretch film. The stretch ratio of this method is low (about 20% to 35%). If the stretch ratio exceeds 60% to 75% and exceeds the original yield point of the stretch film, the width of the stretch film is reduced, and the puncture performance is also lost. The stretch film is easy to break. And at 75% tensile rate, the tension is still very large, for the light cargo, it is likely to make the cargo deformation
  

  3. The stretching mechanism of electric prestretching is the same as that of roller prestretching, except that the two rollers are driven by electricity and the stretching is completely independent of the rotation of the tray. Therefore, it is more adaptable to light, heavy and irregular goods. Due to the low tension in packaging, the pretension ratio of this method is as high as 400%, which greatly saves materials and reduces costs. Suitable for stretch film thickness of 12micron to 25micron
